Avian Influenza Panel Ⅲ Nucleic Acid Test Kit
Avian Influenza Virus (AIV) is a member of the Orthomyxoviridae family that primarily infects birds. This virus can cause a cute respiratory diseases in avian species, and severe cases often result in high mortality rates. AIV is categorized into subtypes based on two surface proteins, namely hemagglutinin (H, such as H5,H7,H9) and neuraminidase (N, such as N1, N2). The H5, H7, and H9 subtypes of AIV represent distinct but significant threats to both poultry and public health. H5 subtype, predominantly highly pathogenic, has caused massive poultry outbreaks worldwide (e.g., H5N1). While human infections remain sporadic, certain variants (e.g., H5N1, H5N6, H5N8) can cause severe respiratory disease with alarmingly high fatality rates. H7 subtype exists in both low and high pathogenic forms, with notable strains such as H7N9, H7N7, and H7N3 have caused severe poultry outbreaks. Importantly, even low pathogenic H7 strains (e.g., H7N9) can lead to fatal human infections. H9 subtype (primarily H9N2 subtype), classified as low pathogenic avian influenza, has become endemic in poultry populations across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Therefore, rapid and accurate diagnosis of H5 , H7 and H9 is crucial. The Avian Influenza Virus H5/H7/H9 Subtype Nucleic Acid Detection Kit developed by SunshinyMed assists in the diagnosis of AIV H5/H7/H9 Subtype and public health management.
The SunshinyMed Avian Influenza Panel Ⅲ Nucleic Acid Test Kit uses the Reverse Transcription Quantitative Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-qPCR) method to qualitatively detect Avian Influenza Virus H5/H7/H9 RNA in specimens such as avian tissues, secretions, excreta, and chicken embryo allantoic fluid, providing a reliable basis for clinical disease diagnosis.
