Chicken Mycoplasma Synoviae (MS) PCR Detection Kit is designed for the rapid, sensitive, and specific detection of Mycoplasma synoviae in poultry. M. synoviae commonly causes subclinical upper respiratory tract infections in chickens, turkeys, and other avian species, and may also lead to infectious synovitis characterized by exudative tendinitis and synovitis. As this organism is fastidious and difficult to isolate by conventional culture methods, real-time PCR provides an efficient molecular alternative for laboratory diagnosis.

The kit can be used to detect MS nucleic acid directly from clinical swabs collected from infected sites, including the choana, sinuses, trachea, air sacs, and joints. It supports timely identification of MS infection, helping poultry producers and veterinary laboratories strengthen disease surveillance, outbreak investigation, and flock health management.
