Porcine parvovirus (PPV) Detection Kit
Introduction
Porcine parvovirus (PPV) belongs to the species Ungulate protoparvovirus 1 and can cause reproductive failure in swine. It is mainly characterized by embryonic and fetal infection and death, often without obvious clinical signs in affected sows. PPV is considered one of the major infectious causes of embryonic and fetal death in pigs.
The Porcine Parvovirus qPCR Detection Kit is designed for the in vitro detection of PPV genomes. While maintaining high specificity for PPV, the kit provides the broadest possible detection coverage. It offers both strong inclusivity for the target virus species and high exclusivity against closely related non-target viruses.
