【Main Components】

   This product is mainly composed of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, and benzalkonium chloride.

【Intended Use】

   For embedding excised tissue specimens. The embedded tissues may be used for subsequent histopathological analysis.

   125 mL/bottle

【Directions for Use】

• Place the tissue specimen in a cryomold and apply a sufficient amount of Frozen Section Embedding Medium to completely surround the tissue.

• Transfer the cryomold to the cryostat specimen freezing station. After the medium has solidified, place the frozen specimen onto the cryostat specimen chuck.

• Cut sections using a cryostat and mount the sections onto pretreated microscope slides.
